Assaf Shami

Assaf Shami is a lifelong entrepreneur, business strategist, community leader, and Founder and CEO of WebtrixPro.

An entrepreneur since 2000, Assaf has spent more than 25 years building technology companies and helping businesses grow through software, automation, and digital transformation. But one of his most important business lessons came from his own experience: you can build a successful company and still become trapped operating it. That realization changed the way Assaf thinks about growth. Today, his philosophy is simple: Business First. Systems Second. Technology Third. Instead of chasing the latest AI tools, he helps business owners first understand what is broken, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and build intelligent systems that allow their companies to scale with less dependency on them.

Beyond business, Assaf is deeply involved in South Florida’s Jewish-Israeli community. He founded the Miami Israeli Parliament and the Israeli Division at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs and sharing what he has learned about business, leadership, community, and building a meaningful life.
