Boaz Tepper

Entrepreneur, hospitality and events professional, and founder of cultural and entertainment ventures.

Boaz Teper was born and raised in Ness Ziona, Israel. From an early age, he was drawn to the worlds of entrepreneurship, hospitality, culture, and people—fields that have accompanied him throughout a career spanning more than five decades.

The Beginning – Ness Ziona

After graduating from the Kfar Hayarok high school, Boaz served in the Israel Defense Forces in the Paratroopers Brigade as a parachuting instructor. During his military service, he sustained minor injuries and was temporarily forced to suspend his duties. In 1974, he opened the first tea house in Ness Ziona—a venture that marked the beginning of a long and diverse entrepreneurial journey. In 1979, he founded “HaPardes” (“The Orchard”), a unique venue that combined an art gallery, private and public events, and cultural performances. At HaPardes, Boaz created the “Concert for Summer” series, which became an important cultural attraction and brought some of Israel’s leading artists to its stage, including Shlomo Artzi, Shalom Hanoch, Yehudit Ravitz, Danny Sanderson, and many others.

Tel Aviv and the Next Chapter

In 1995, Boaz opened “Kachol” (“Blue”) at Tel Baruch Beach in Tel Aviv, continuing to develop his unique combination of hospitality, nightlife, events, and exceptional locations. In 2000, he began his business activities in the United States. Among other ventures, he operated two Johnny Rockets locations in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.

The Move to Florida

In 2004, Boaz moved with his family to Aventura, Florida, where he also became involved in the real estate industry, focusing on Florida’s West Coast.
