Rotem Rodrig
Elected Board Member
Chairman, Miami Israeli Parliament
Born and raised in Rishon Le Zion, Israel, Rotem Rodrig grew up with a strong connection to Israel and a deep commitment to community and leadership. He had a meaningful service in the Israeli Army before earning his Bsc in Economics attending the Hebrew University and later earned his MBA from Florida International University.
For more than 25 years, Rotem has been a successful franchisee of Taco Bell and KFC, building a thriving business while creating opportunities for others to learn, grow, and succeed.
A devoted husband and father of three, Rotem is proud to have two children who are working graduates and a third who is currently attending university. His family and community remain at the center of his life.
Rotem serves on the board of the (first of of its kind) Greater Miami Jewish Federation Israeli Division. For the past three years, he has proudly served as Chairman of the Miami Israeli Parliament, a role he takes great pride in and one that allows him to strengthen connections within the community and support Israel.
Rotem is especially passionate about helping the next generation. He has mentored young people through the Solomon Leadership Program and has also mentored individuals entering the business world, providing them with opportunities to learn firsthand about entrepreneurship, leadership, and the QSR industry.
